A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. Leaders are supposed to serve, but many people do not understand this. Nelson Mandela epitomizes the ideal serving leader as he served his native peoples to fight for human rights. I am inspired by things like the "clean city" law in São Paulo that bans outdoor advertising. Not only because I think there is alot of advertising pollution around the world, but because it proves to me that a big change (that I previously would have thought that rich corportations could have stopped) can happen.
